    The location was perfect, situated conveniently between the two train stations. The room was spacious and clean, providing a comfortable stay. I particularly enjoyed the good dinner at La Terrasse Brasserie, where the food presentation and quality were superb. The staff was attentive and eager to assist, even with some minor delays in service during busy times.

    Just a good pick for a date night in Interlaken, great for the money. The pizza at Sappori was tasteless and burnt. Avoid ordering any food from the restaurant.

    The hotel's dining was great! The restaurant served up dishes that hit the spot. The spa area was a true oasis. Plus, the views from our room? Absolute showstoppers!

    Now, the breakfast was decent but didn't quite meet the lofty 5-star standard we expected-just a bit lackluster compared to other spots. And don't get me started on the sauna-it was okay, but far from legendary!

    i advise the hotel director to provide all rooms with free wireless internet ,and to provide the gusts with shettle service coz the hotel is little far from the train stations especially if the gusts re old ages

    The Spa at the Victoria Jungfrau was wonderful, I feelt very pampered and they had a Sauna and a Steam room you could use before and after your treatment. Very nice.

    They lost/didn't recieve our room booking from Booked.net so we had to call Booked.net to get it all sorted out. However, Booked.net was great and they resolved the situation and as a result we got bumped up to a juniour suite at no cost to us. :)

    Magnificent, good location in Central Interlaken district so close to Interlaken West Station, shopping and Restaurants, trains/gondolas with numerous other tourists and rail station. Good sleep in an exceptionally comfortable bed, unique and exceptionally clean room.

    The fantastic location made exploring the area effortless, with beautiful views right from our room. Really good dinner at La Terrasse showcasing superb food presentation and quality left us satisfied. Although breakfast had good quality coffee, it could benefit from a bit more variety. A couple of the staff members were new and struggled slightly with information, but their attentiveness was commendable. A nice experience in a beautiful setting.

    Outstanding hotel !!! I highly recommend this hotel. Staff is excellent.

    The only negative is a lack of air conditioning. In Interlaken most of the time this is not a problem but in mid summer it might be too warm at night.

    It is a beautiful hotel. The breakfast is fabulous.

    Since the fire in october (!) The spa has not been open. The hotel is a bit dated. Our room was noisy and we had to relocate in the middle of the night. The hotel is pleasant, but worth only half the money they ask for it.
